The House will hold a vote to decide if they want to embark on a real impeachment next week (in contrast to the faux impeachment, known as the impeachment inquiry). The Democrats have failed miserably to make their case and all signs suggest the Republicans will fast forward through all the non-evidence and vote down the impeachment before Christmas. Nancy Pelosi will go down in history as one of the worst House speakers of all time.
A Breitbart news article reports “A memo by the Republican National Committee (RNC) that contains internal GOP polling data shows the American public, even Democrat voters, are turning against the Democrat Party’s ‘impeachment inquiry’ into President Donald Trump.”
“The memo, obtained exclusively by Breitbart News, shows independent voters nationwide en masse oppose impeachment—with 54 percent opposed and only 34 percent in favor.”
“’We have seen public polling drastically under sample Independent voters, which is one of the many reasons for so much incorrect public data over the past month,’ the memo explains regarding the disparity between internal GOP numbers and public polling from news organizations and polling institutions.”
The liberal polls claiming higher support for impeachment are fraudulent garbage. There has been zero credible evidence presented that would turn a Republican against Trump, and even a moderate has enough brains to spot yet another left-wing smear campaign. Only the unhinged Hillary supporters with TDS are willing to grasp for this latest straw, plus a few RINOs with Romney obeying his Globabist masters.
When the Mueller Report fizzled, the Democrats no longer had a dark cloud they could hold over Trump’s head every day. A few Democrats wanted to try to impeach Trump anyway even though he had just been cleared of everything. Pelosi must have been drinking less back then because she told her fellow Democrats to forget about impeachment since a failed impeachment could tip a close election against them.
In the last few months, Trump and the Republican party have been raising money at a rate that the Democrats just can’t compete with. This is especially bad news for them considering that Trump beat Hillary in 2016 despite being heavily outspent.
This strongly suggests that the Dems will lose the House in 2020 if they have to compete with the Republicans fair and square. This obviously changes the game plan for the Democrats, and a long shot impeachment attempt suddenly becomes desirable especially if winning the election without one is an even bigger long shot.
The so-called “whistleblower” accusation against Trump was planned out way in advance because the definition of a “whistleblower” was changed a month prior to the whistleblower coming forward. Under the news rules, an individual with hearsay information, who isn’t a primary source, can now become a whistleblower.
The impeachment effort could backfire in several ways. It’s already boosted Republican fundraising. The Democrats must see themselves losing the House in 2020 if they feel the need to gamble on impeachment.
The biggest and most embarrassing impeachment failure could be a failure to even get a majority of the House to support impeachment. About 31 Democrats live in districts that Trump won in 2016, and they’re not going to be eager about jumping on Crazy Nancy’s impeachment bandwagon.
