Will Spygate Finally Lead to Prosecutions of Deep State Criminals?

by James Buchanan

The evidence of wrong-doing by the Obama regime and Deep State is reaching a critical mass. 25 Congressmen have called for a second special counsel to look into criminal activity by the Left. The Mueller investigation seems only interested in scouring the universe to find a past crime by Trump that may embarrass him. It’s pretty obvious Mueller already knew there wasn’t any collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. That’s why he went digging into Paul Manafort’s past and invented a list of charges involving Manafort’s past business dealings, which the government had already looked at and found nothing wrong.

An article on RealClearPolitics.com reports “Mollie Hemingway said it is a stunning revelation that the previous administration had an FBI informant with the Trump 2016 U.S. presidential election. The Federalist writer told Tucker Carlson the Department of Justice must be hiding a really dangerous secret if they are willing to subvert authority and believe they are above inquiry from the executive branch under which they serve or the Congress that funds them.”

“‘Everyone knows that there was a spy and in fact people who were involved in the spying are admitting there’s a spy,’ Hemingway said on Thursday’s Tucker Carlson Tonight. ‘They’re saying, though, because the government term is “human intelligence informant” or something like that that therefore it’s not a spy. Whereas normal Americans understand when you are gathering information on someone surreptitiously, that’s the common definition of spying.'”

“‘In addition to the issue that the Department of Justice thinks they are accountable to no one — not the president under whose branch they serve, or Congress which funds them and created them — I think it must mean the information is really damaging, really dangerous, but they’re willing to subvert any authority in order to keep that a secret. So this is something that I think they think they can keep this from getting out. I don’t think they will actually do that,’ Hemingway said.”

The use of actual paid FBI informants or spies inside the Trump campaign is an absolutely egregious abuse of power that everyone can understand. That’s why if you search “Spygate” on Google, you get mostly liberal news articles arrogantly dismissing the notion that the FBI spied on Trump. You know, the same way the fake news media arrogantly dismissed the idea that Obama wiretapped the Trump campaign before all those news stories about fraudulently obtained FISA surveillance warrants with the signatures of James Comey, Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein on them.

In fact, it’s scandalous that someone with as bad a reputation as Robert Mueller could be put in charge of an investigation concerning the Trump campaign especially considering that Mueller sent innocent people to jail in the Whitey Bulger case as noted here, not to mention his horrendous abuse of power trying to lynch an innocent scientist back in 2001.

Mueller is famous for prosecuting an innocent man in the Anthrax mailing incident, which occurred shortly after the 911 attacks. One source notes “A former biodefense researcher for the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Hatfill came to the public eye after being wrongfully suspected in the 2001 anthrax attacks.”

“Hatfill became “the subject of a flood of news media coverage beginning in mid-2002, after television cameras showed Federal Bureau of Investigation agents in biohazard suits searching his apartment” and then Attorney General John Ashcroft named him “person of interest” in the investigation on national television.[1] Hatfill’s home was repeatedly raided by the FBI, his phone was tapped, and he was extensively surveilled for more than two years; he was also fired from his job at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).[2] “At a news conference in August 2002, Hatfill tearfully denied that he had anything to do with the anthrax letters and said irresponsible news media coverage based on government leaks had destroyed his reputation”.[1] Hatfill filed a lawsuit in 2003, accusing the FBI agents and Justice Department officials who led the criminal investigation of leaking information about him to the press in violation of the federal Privacy Act.”

“In 2008, the government settled Hatfill’s lawsuit for $4.6 million.”

Mueller not only wrongly prosecuted Hatfill, someone (probably Mueller) leaked Hatfill’s identity to the mass media demonizing him, getting him fired from his job and ruined his life. This is basically what Mueller has been doing to General Flynn, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, bankrupting these men with endless legal bills to fight off a crooked federal investigator. It’s time to turn the tables on Mueller and have HIM investigated by a second special counsel including his role in allowing the sale of 20 percent of U.S. Uranium to Russia. That’s why Mueller is so intent on getting Trump. Because if he fails to do that, Mueller could easily find himself the target of an investigation that could send him and Hillary Clinton to prison for treason.
