Cultural Marxists and militant Black organizations have been waging a war against memorials to the Confederate heroes of the White people of the South. To protest the removal of the symbols of their heritage and culture, a rally was planned in Charlottesville, Virginia.
One source notes “The Unite the Right rally is a gathering of alt-right, neo-Nazi, far-right, and/or white nationalist groups in Charlottesville, Virginia, protesting the removal of Confederate monuments and memorials from public spaces, specifically the Robert Edward Lee Sculpture in Emancipation Park.”
“Speakers scheduled to appear include Tim Treadstone, David Duke, Richard Spencer, Mike Enoch, and League of the South founder Michael Hill.”
As usual, radical leftists including Antifa and Communists organized to attack the White people attempting to exercise their Right to Free Speech and assembly. Leftists started a number of fights and pepper-sprayed some people.
When their attempts to shut down the rally were fought off, the Antifa began looking for lone White people and motorists in the streets of Charlottesville to attack. One individual, they targeted was James Alex Fields, Jr. who apparently panicked when surrounded by leftists, who assumed he was part of the “Unite the Right” rally.
An article from the COED reports “James Alex Fields… is a prime suspect at the moment, it is not yet confirmed whether or not he was the driver.”
“Tech reporter for The Hill Taylor Lorenz reports that police believe the suspect didn’t intentionally mow down protesters out of malice intent. Lorenz reports that authorities believe that the suspect acted out of fear as protesters swarmed the vehicle, some allegedly acting violent. Taylor reports being punched in the face…”
So, White people assembled to hold a peaceful rally protesting the removal of Confederate statues and memorials by cultural Marxists. Violent Antifa terrorists showed up and attacked people attending the rally, innocent White bystanders and at least one reporter.
A motorist, whose car was pummeled by leftists may have floored his accelerator to escape the attack, running over a number of them, killing one. It remains to be seen whether he had any connections to any groups at the rally.
A police helicopter that was circling the event crashed, killing two police officers on board. It is not yet known if it had been shot down by the leftists or BLM sympathizers.
