If Trump had won the election by only one state, we could have all expected another Al Gore-style immediate challenge of the election and weeks of court challenges and tantrums by the Left. Well, we’re seeing plenty of tantrums, but Trump’s win with 306 electoral college votes was so devastating that Hillary Clinton after physically attacking some of her staff members and being forcibly restrained and then after sobbing much of the night finally conceded the election to Trump, which is where the election should have ended.
The delusional children of the Left however refuse to accept reality and rather than get some desperately needed treatment from the psychiatric profession, they’ve decided to move permanently to the land of denial. Some sort of deal was arranged with Jill Stein to begin a recall, which gave Hillary a little bit of distance up ’til now.
Hillary has apparently jumped on the thinly-veiled “Jill Stein” recount effort, which was really a Democrat effort all along. It’s a good bet that Democrats have donated about 99 percent of the money for the recount.
A Bloomberg article reports “Hillary Clinton’s campaign will participate in vote recounts of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan if they take place, drawing a rebuke from Donald Trump’s team that the Democrat is being a ‘sore loser’ and part of a ‘ridiculous’ effort.”
And Hillary needs to flip all three of those states, which isn’t going to happen. There’s also the “small” matter of the Dems apparently stealing five states as noted in the video below. Perhaps, Trump should begin some recounts of his own.
Bloomberg continues “If Green Party candidate Jill Stein initiates recounts in those states as she intends, the Clinton campaign ‘will participate in order to ensure the process proceeds in a manner that is fair to all sides,’ Clinton campaign lawyer Marc Elias said Saturday in a post on the blogging website Medium.com. He added that he doesn’t expect the action to overturn Trumps election.”
How generous of the Dems to offer to help the recount especially considering that the Democrats have never, ever stolen an election and their sticky fingers aren’t going to lose any Trump ballots or insert any newly-created Democrat ballots.
“Trump focused on Stein, not Clinton, in a response. “The people have spoken and the election is over, and as Hillary Clinton herself said on election night, in addition to her conceding by congratulating me, ‘We must accept this result and then look to the future,”’ he said in a statement.”
Hillary can’t be held accountable for anything she ever said. Just ask the Justice Department or FBI (which will be under new management soon and hopefully more inclined to lock up high profile political criminals).
“Kellyanne Conway, who was Trump’s campaign manager and is now a senior adviser, was less conciliatory. ‘What a pack of sore losers,’ she said in a statement. ‘After asking Mr. Trump and his team a million times on the trail, ‘Will HE accept the election results?’ it turns out Team Hillary and their new BFF Jill Stein can’t accept reality.’”
Hillary a hypocrite? Didn’t she once say that all rape accusers deserve to be believed? (As long as they’re not accusing her husband.)
“’Rather than adhere to the tradition of graciously conceding and wishing the winner well, they’ve opted to waste millions of dollars and dismiss the democratic process. The people have spoken. Time to listen up. #YesYourPresident,’ Conway said.”
Why would a third party that has no chance of winning want a recall?
“Trump noted he had won 306 electoral votes on Nov. 8, to Clinton’s 232, the best showing for a Republican since 1988, and the most counties since 1984.”
Notice that this recount effort is being escalated just as Trump finally officially got Michigan, which put him over 300 electoral votes, which is an electoral college landslide.
“This recount is just a way for Jill Stein, who received less than one percent of the vote overall and wasn’t even on the ballot in many states, to fill her coffers with money, most of which she will never even spend on this ridiculous recount,” he said. “All three states were won by large numbers of voters, especially Pennsylvania, which was won by more than 70,000 votes.”
Yup. 70,000 is a lot of votes. Pennsylvania isn’t being flipped.
“Stein said on her website that she’s raised more than $5.7 million for her recount effort so far, with a $7 million goal. The funds raised so far will cover costs in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, she said.”
“The original goal was $2.5 million. Then it was boosted to $4.5 million. Now it’s $5.7 million, but no this isn’t a cash-grab taking advantage of panic-stricken liberals.”
The small print on Stein’s website notes that the money may not necessarily go to the recount effort. (Perhaps, the Jill Stein political retirement fund gets some?)
