Trump Settles Lawsuits over Trump University

by James Buchanan

Not too surprisingly, Donald Trump has chosen to settle the Trump University lawsuits that were brought against him going back to 2013, which were repeatedly brought up by Trump’s opponents in the primary and general election. Now that the election is over, Trump has more important things to deal with than a few disgruntled students.

This issue was given a ridiculous amount of attention considering that the Clinton Body Count, Hillary’s role in the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, massive bribery via the Clinton Foundation, John Podesta’s dalliances with satanism and Bill and Hillary’s trips to Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophile island got little to no serious mention on the mainstream media.

This lawsuit raises an interesting question: Just how many other universities or seminars that make the promise of making people, who go through their programs, highly employable, could be sued for failing to deliver on their promises? How much success or failure can be blamed on the state of the economy and the talents of the individuals involved?

A CNN article reports “Donald Trump has agreed to pay $25 million to settle three lawsuits against Trump University.”

“The deal will keep the president-elect from having to testify in a trial in San Diego that was set to begin November 28.”

“The settlement ends a suit brought by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, as well as two class action suits in California.”

The two lawsuits in California are being heard by a judge with ties to La Raza, whose impartiality is questionable at best.

What you get out of an education depends on your ability and your mental attitude as well as what’s taught.

Couldn’t these people figure out whether or not Trump University was worth their time and money in the first couple weeks? Who spends $40k or more and then decides at the very end that they’re wasting their time?

So… can all the students who went to a big liberal university, borrowed a lot of money, got a degree in liberal arts and then couldn’t get a job, sue those universities over that?

Any institution that takes an otherwise useful human being and turns him into a special snowflake social justice warrior, who needs “trigger warnings” and “safe spaces” with his head crammed full of Marxism and liberal propaganda has done a lot more damage and given that person much better grounds for a lawsuit.
