An article from the Business Insider reports “McDonald’s franchisees believe the brand is in a “deep depression” and could be facing its ‘final days,’ according to a new survey. ‘We are in the throes of a deep depression, and nothing is changing,’ one franchisee wrote in response to the survey by Nomura analyst Mark Kalinowski. ‘Probably 30% of operators are insolvent.'”
A CNN article notes “McDonald’s has supersized problems. McDonald’s is in even worse shape than we realized. Profits are crumbling, sales are shrinking and guest traffic is declining all around the world.”
McDonald’s has been going downhill for some time is getting desperate as their sales slide, but chocolate covered fries?!!
An article from USA Today reports: “In a move that may remind many of dipping their fries in a chocolate shake, McDonald’s Japan is smothering French fries in two chocolate sauces.”
“You read that right, the McChoco Potato is drenched with chocolate sauce and white milk chocolate. Because two is always better than one, right?”
“’The combination creates a wonderful salty and sweet harmonious taste,’ according to a statement from McDonald’s.”
“The fries will be available across Japan beginning Jan. 26. This isn’t the first time McDonald’s Japan has put a new spin on French fries. In the past, the chains offered Shaka Shaka Potato fries, which were covered with cheese sauce or bacon.”
I can see cheese or bacon on fries… barely. But chocolate?
How many tens of millions of dollars went into formulating and implementing this lunatic idea?
Was there even one executive with an ounce of integrity at McDonalds, who might have suggested using quality beef with no fillers for their hamburgers and actual dairy products in their milk shakes? Or do you get fired on the spot for suggesting anything like that?
Better yet, they could drop the prices of their food. If they’re wondering why sales at McDonald’s are taking a tumble, it’s because for millions of Americans, a trip to the Golden Arches now qualifies as “eating out.”
As if the quality of the “food” and excessive prices for fast food aren’t bad enough, McDonald’s embarked on an advertising campaign to get more Blacks into their restaurants… and they succeeded. There have been dozens of youtube videos of Black chimp outs at McDonald’s. No White mother in her right mind is ever going to take her children to a McDonald’s with an explosive population of ghetto Negroes milling about inside, ready to shoot someone if they don’t get bacon on their hamburger.
McDonald’s was an American success story for decades, but their blind devotion to Diversity and their focus on the Black community suggests that mental illness runs rampant in the corporate offices of McDonald’s, and they deserve what’s coming to them. Hopefully, other companies won’t follow in their liberal footsteps inviting in Black customers, who trash their restaurants and scare off all the White customers.
